Aryan Group is looking for an experienced and energetic senior professional to oversee the company's overall business operations and multiple real estate developer projects. The candidate must have significant experience working with an established real estate developer and possess in-depth knowledge of the complete real estate development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall Business Management: Oversee company operations, business strategies and organisational performance.
- Sales & Business Development: Manage sales operations, revenue targets, channel partners and business growth across projects.
- Marketing & Branding: Supervise marketing strategies, advertising, digital marketing, lead generation and brand development.
- Legal & Compliance: Oversee legal matters, land documentation, RERA compliance, statutory approvals and government liaison.
- Construction & Project Execution: Monitor construction progress, budgets, quality, timelines and project delivery.
- Multi-Site Operations: Independently supervise multiple project sites and ensure smooth coordination between site teams and head office.
- Team Management: Lead departmental heads and ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, legal, construction and operations teams.
- Strategy & Improvement: Identify operational challenges, propose innovative ideas,



implement new systems and improve overall business efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in a real estate developer company.

- Prior experience in senior management roles such as GM, AVP, VP or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of real estate sales, marketing, legal, construction and project operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and sites simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Must be proactive, accountable and capable of independently handling responsibilities.
- Should have the ability to present ideas, take initiatives and successfully implement improvements within the organisation.
