Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and enthusiastic MBA in Finance Freshers to join our Finance team to manage US payroll. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing, maintaining employee data, and assisting with financial reconciliations. This is an excellent chance for finance and commerce graduates to launch a career in corporate payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Processing: Assist in calculating employee wages, deductions, allowances, and net pay accurately.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Reconcile attendance records, leaves, and overtime entries prior to payroll execution.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain and update employee financial and tax records in payroll software/ERP systems.
- Query Resolution:



Address basic employee inquiries regarding salary slips, tax deductions, and payment schedules.
- Compliance Support: Help prepare documentation for statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS).
- Reporting: Generate monthly payroll summaries, variance reports, and payout registers for internal audit.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Master of Business Administration in Finance – Freshers (2024/2026 graduates preferred).

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, US tax structures, and payroll concepts.
- Good Communication Skill as candidate as to communicate with global team as well
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work consistently in the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift.
