About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate and creative Mass Communication Executive to support sports communications, cricket-related content, player interactions and media activities. The candidate will help communicate the leagues story to players, fans, media partners and other stakeholders through engaging and accurate content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop written content for player announcements, league updates, press releases, event promotions and other communications.
- Coordinate player interviews, media interactions, short video bytes and behind-the-scenes coverage.
- Support sports journalism, cricket storytelling and match-related communication activities.
- Assist in preparing interview questions, event briefs, talking points and media kits.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Head, designers, content creators, cricket operations and external media representatives.
- Collect verified information about players, trials, teams, match schedules and league developments.
- Assist with press conferences, player trials, events and on-ground media activities.
- Help identify relevant sports publications, digital media outlets, cricket communities and potential media partnerships.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely publication of communications.
- Support live-event reporting and occasional travel or weekend assignments, as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in sports media, journalism, digital content,



public relations or communications; relevant internships can be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good understanding of cricket, player profiles, match formats and sports-related terminology.
- Confidence in coordinating interviews and interacting professionally with players, coaches, journalists and other stakeholders.
- Ability to write clear, engaging and factually accurate content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Willingness to attend events, trials, interviews and on-ground activities when required.

Preferred Profile

- Experience covering cricket, sports events, tournaments or sports-related digital content.
- Familiarity with player interviews, sports reporting, press releases and media coordination.
- A portfolio containing published articles, interview clips, sports videos or communication samples.
