Role Summary:
Support the migration of project data and processes from ServiceNow to Smartsheet. Provide administrative, documentation, data entry, coordination, and testing support for the PMO migration project.

What Youll Do:
- Assist with requirements gathering and documentation for migration to Smartsheet
- Enter and migrate project data from ServiceNow/Excel into Smartsheet
- Validate data accuracy and completeness
- Create training guides and process documentation
- Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items
- Execute test scenarios in Smartsheet and document results, issues, and follow-ups




- Provide general PMO and migration support as needed

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Valuable organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools quickly

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Prior PMO or project coordination experience
- Smartsheet knowledge
- ServiceNow or other project management tool experience
