Job Title: Social Media & Content Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, and building thriving online communities, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistency in communication, executing campaigns, and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across all social media platforms.
- Maintain platform hygiene by ensuring profiles are updated, content is organised, and brand consistency is maintained.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across channels.
- Execute social media campaigns
- Write engaging short-form and long-form content, including captions, articles, blogs, and campaign copy.
- Monitor platform activity, respond to comments and messages where required, and escalate customer queries to relevant teams.
- Track social media trends, competitor activity,



and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's tone of voice and messaging guidelines.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Robust understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to write high-quality short-form and long-form content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
