Hiring: Spanish Voice Process Associate US Healthcare (Bilingual: English & Spanish)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Aligned with US PST Business Hours)

We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented Spanish Voice Process Associate to join our US Healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in both US English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service, and scheduling appointments for US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both US English and Spanish.
- Communicate effectively with US customers and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments as required.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in CRM systems.
- Follow call handling procedures, quality standards, and client guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-sales, Lead Generation, Collections,



Customer Service, or an International Voice Process.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to handle customer calls independently in both languages.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms and communication tools.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling US customers.
- Prior experience in appointment scheduling or healthcare-related voice processes.
- Experience in bilingual customer support (English & Spanish).
- Knowledge of US healthcare processes will be an added advantage.
