Role Overview:
We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead Software and Wireless programs within the Campus & Branch portfolio, focused on Private 5G and Wireless solutions. The role involves driving cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product development from concept through release. Experience managing both software and hardware programs is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams across Software, Cloud, System Test, PLM, Technical Publications, and Customer Services.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs and drive feature delivery.
- Own end-to-end program execution throughout the NPI/Product Lifecycle.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Drive alignment across engineering teams, managers, and senior leadership.
- Monitor and report program status,



schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks.
- Lead executive reviews, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
- Optimize project plans and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support and lead hardware programs and strategic initiatives as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong program/project management experience in Software, Cloud, Networking, Wireless, or Telecom domains.
- Experience managing NPI/product development programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace.
