- Review and process customer data accurately.
- Perform data entry and maintain records in company systems.
- Handle email and chat support queries.
- Verify documents and update databases.
- Process transactions according to client requirements.




- Ensure quality standards and meet productivity targets.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Prepare reports and maintain process documentation.
