About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SCM Transformation Leader with strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Management, digital transformation, and large-scale transformation program delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in SCM outsourcing, including 910 years in transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, digital adoption, process optimization, and value creation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation programs across Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver, and Enable functions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, RPA, Analytics, and Digital Solutions.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CPOs, and Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs), to identify transformation opportunities and develop strategic roadmaps.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement large-scale SCM transformation solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Account Management teams to drive productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and contractual commitments.
- Lead business process reengineering, operating model design, value chain optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage transformation governance, program execution, risk mitigation, and value realization.




- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing industry insights, innovation, and SCM thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1520 years of experience in SCM Outsourcing / SCM Operations, with significant experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Robust functional expertise in Supply Chain Management Plan, Buy, Make, Deliver & Enable.
- Proven experience in SCM Transformation, Digital Transformation, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Operational Excellence.
- Strong project/program management experience with end-to-end transformation delivery.
- Exposure to Digital Technologies, AI/ML, Automation, RPA, and Advanced Analytics.
- Experience managing senior client relationships and influencing executive leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large, global, matrix organizations.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
- Experience with Process Mining, Celonis, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Digital Consulting, and Transformation Governance.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile/Scrum, or Supply Chain domain certifications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Digital Transformation.
