Role & Responsibilities

- Operate and manage industrial woodworking machinery, including Beam Saw, CNC Router and Edge Banding machines.
- Execute panel cutting, CNC routing, drilling, grooving and edge banding operations as per production requirements.
- Work with MDF, HDHMR, plywood, particle board and other engineered wood panels.
- Read and understand cutting lists, technical drawings, production layouts and dimensions.
- Handle machine setup, calibration, tool changes and operational adjustments.
- Ensure precision cutting, dimensional accuracy and quality finishing of furniture components.
- Operate KDT machinery and follow standard machine operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance, identify operational issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Minimise material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance, workplace safety and adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with production,



pre-production and quality control teams to achieve daily production targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, modular furniture production or interior manufacturing.
- Experience operating Beam Saw, CNC Router, CNC Drilling and Edge Banding machines.
- Candidates with KDT machine operating experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, cabinet and custom furniture manufacturing processes.
- Valuable understanding of MDF, HDHMR, plywood, particle board and other panel materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, cutting lists and production specifications.
- Knowledge of CNC routing, panel sizing, drilling, edge banding and furniture component processing.
- Familiarity with machine settings, tool selection, calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Candidates from modular furniture factories, woodworking units and interior production facilities are strongly preferred.

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and machine operating skills.
