Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable requirements, and coordinating with vendors and clients to secure interview opportunities and placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and promote bench consultants through various job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements for consultants based on their skills, experience, and location.
- Work with US IT requirements and understand different technologies and skill sets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Submit consultants’ profiles to suitable requirements and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with consultants and vendors.




- Maintain and update consultant marketing trackers and submission reports.
- Handle C2C, W2, 1099 and other US staffing terms.
- Work with consultants on OPT, H1B, GC, USC and other work authorization categories.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Maintain a strong vendor network and build new vendor relationships.

Required Skills :

- 1–6 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Valuable understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 and work authorization types.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with proven experience in bench marketing, vendor management, consultant marketing, and US IT staffing are preferred.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
