ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Digital Storytelling Specialist in Gurugram, Haryana, Delhi. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days.
You will develop storytelling concepts and content strategies for immersive experiences, digital museums and interactive visitor environments. You will conduct narrative research, design visitor journeys, create concepts for interactive displays, AR/VR and multimedia systems, and maintain narrative consistency across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct research using primary and secondary sources to build compelling, factually accurate narratives for experiential and edutainment projects.
2. Design visitor journeys, story arcs, branching narratives and decision trees for immersive environments.
3. Develop technical concepts, wireframes and scripts for interactive displays, projection mapping, AR/VR and multimedia systems.
4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, fabricators, AV engineers and subject-matter experts to deliver functional interactive experiences.
5. Simplify complex historical, scientific or technical information into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
6. Review and ensure narrative consistency,



tone and information architecture across all deliverables.
7. Support content implementation, QA testing and refinement during installation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Graduate or Master's degree in Media, Communication, English, Design, Museum Studies or related field.
2. Strong skills in storytelling, content strategy, information architecture, creative writing and interactive script development.
3. Advanced research skills with ability to synthesize information into structured, engaging narratives.
4. Solid knowledge of multimedia, interactive technologies, CMS, Unity/Unreal, AR/VR and digital exhibit design.
5. Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in quick-paced, agile environments.
6. Experience in museum, exhibition, digital experience, edutainment or heritage projects is highly desirable.
