We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to oversee and execute our end-to-end bidding process for solar energy projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with all e-tendering guidelines to win competitive bids.

Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Tender Management: Lead the complete lifecycle of tender preparation, evaluation, and timely submission for utility-scale or rooftop solar projects.
- Bid Preparation: Draft and compile comprehensive technical and commercial bids strictly adhering to the specified tender guidelines and evaluation criteria.
- E-Tendering & Submission: Manage online registrations, documentation uploads, digital signatures, and final bid submissions across various government and private e-procurement portals.
- Costing & Estimation: Collaboratively prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable bidding.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaison with Engineering, Procurement, Finance,



Legal, and Project Execution teams to gather necessary technical layouts, commercial terms, and compliance certificates.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all active tenders, pre-bid clarifications, technical amendments, and post-bid evaluation tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solar Industry Experience: Proven track record of managing tenders specifically within the solar energy sector.
- Technical Bidding Expertise: Deep understanding of e-tendering platforms, government bidding portals, and tender estimation dynamics.
- Analytical Skills: Robust ability to interpret complex technical specifications, commercial clauses, and legal risks.
- Project Management: Excellent time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet tight, non-negotiable deadlines.
- Communication: Robust interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse corporate departments.
