Manappuram Home Finance is hiring dynamic Sales Officers and Sales Managers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Candidates will be responsible for generating business through DSA/DST channels, developing new customer relationships, sourcing quality loan files, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSA/DST channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSA partners.
- Source new customers and generate business leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage the complete loan sourcing process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Home Loan / LAP sales preferred.
- Knowledge of DSA/DST channel sales.
- Solid market network and customer acquisition skills.
- Relevant BFSI sales experience preferred.
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (As per experience & Current CTC).
