Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Oversee site monitoring, supervision, and coordination with contractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in civil project management or construction site project management.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Robust understanding of construction methods, materials science, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
