Job Details

- Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad (Work From Office)
- Shift: Rotational / Night shifts
- Industry: International BPO / Healthcare

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience:
- Analyst: 6months to 1yr exp into international call center or relevant WFM exp
- Senior RTA: 1yr exp into international call center or 1+ years RTA experience (mandatory)
- Specialist RTA: Min 2+yrs of RTA experience is mandatory

Key Skills Required

- Real-Time Monitoring (RTA)
- SLA / AHT / Shrinkage / Occupancy handling
- Scheduling & Intraday management
- Forecasting & Capacity Planning
- Excel / Reporting tools

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor real-time call center performance
- Adjust staffing & schedules to meet SLAs
- Analyze metrics like AHT, ASA, ABAN%
- Coordinate with Ops & Team Leaders
- Drive efficiency & performance improvements
