Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and multiple job portals. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.




- Understand job requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies for different positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Use ATS/Recruitment Management Systems to maintain candidate records, track recruitment stages, and manage the hiring pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess experience, skills, communication, compensation, notice period, and job fit.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for interview feedback and next steps.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit or similar recruitment systems.
- Solid experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closure skills.
