Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Statutory Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end statutory and labour law compliance across multiple companies within a group. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing compliance for multiple legal entities, including corporate offices and manufacturing units.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Statutory compliance across all group companies and establishments.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract
- Labour and other applicable labour laws.
- Manage Factory Act, Shops & Establishment registrations, licences, renewals and statutory filings.
- Develop and maintain a centralised compliance calendar and entity-wise compliance MIS.
- Coordinate with government authorities, labour departments, PF and ESIC offices.
- Monitor statutory compliance for contractors and outsourced manpower.
- Ensure timely statutory payments, returns, registers and documentation in coordination
- with the accounts team
- Track changes in labour laws and implement applicable amendments across group
- companies.
- Present monthly compliance status and risk reports to management.
- Handle statutory notices, inspections, queries and correspondence.




- Maintain updated statutory licences, registrations, returns and compliance records.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trails across all group companies.
- Labour Law Expertise with multi-Company Compliance Management experience
- Statutory Audits and Factory & Establishment Compliance
- Contractor Compliance, Risk Assessment & Reporting
- Ability to independently manage multiple entities and locations

Candidate Profile & Required Skills:

- Graduate in Commerce, HR or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in statutory and labour law compliance.
- Mandatory experience handling statutory compliance for multiple companies / group-level operations.
- Hands-on experience in factory and corporate office compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Maharashtra labour laws and applicable central labour legislation.
- Experience in statutory audits, inspections and government liaison.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and compliance MIS reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and statutory compliance management tools.
- High attention to detail and risk identification.
