YOUR ROLE
As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Have positive knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement
- Understand KPI measures and their basic impact on profitability
- Handle complex client specific queries, issues or escalations within the client context
- Ensures correct and timely cash is applied accurately and timely
- Ensures clearing and reconciliations is performed in a correct and timely manner
YOUR PROFILE
- Provide Quality check for invoices processing, releasing holds and monitoring performance on accuracy
- Ensure compliance to Internal Audit
- Supporting team in Process of more complex transactions and producing outputs in invoice processing, T&E;, Payment, Service Desk Activities
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
- Responsible to keep the process documentation up to date and initiates any required updates. Proactively monitors and seeks for improving team and process KPIs.
