The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operations and day-to-day management of a retail store located at Trivandrum Lulu Mall. This role ensures consistent sales performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient store operations within a agile retail environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Oversee all store operations including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and daily inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.

-Develop and implement store-specific strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and meet performance targets.

-Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.

-Monitor daily sales reports, conduct performance reviews, and identify trends to inform operational decisions and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in retail store management or a related field.
