We are looking for an experienced and responsible Transport In-Charge to manage our school transport operations efficiently and ensure the highest standards of student safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily school bus operations, routes and student pickup/drop schedules.
- Manage drivers, helpers, attendance and duty allocation.
- Ensure vehicle safety inspections, maintenance and cleanliness.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, GPS and CCTV.
- Maintain vehicle documents, permits, insurance and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate parent feedback, transport complaints and special transport requirements.
- Submit daily and monthly reports to the Administrative Officer.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience,



preferably in school transport, fleet management or logistics.
- Positive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport safety and RTO regulations.
- Strong staff management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
- Responsible, disciplined and safety-conscious.
