Designation: Medical Officer
Qualification: MBBS with valid registration. AFIH (Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health) certification is mandatory.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, preferably in manufacturing / cement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) and provide medical assistance to employees and contract workers.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic and fitness medical examinations.
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act and applicable occupational health regulations.
- Monitor workplace health, occupational diseases and employee medical records.
- Handle medical emergencies, first aid and health-related incidents.
- Conduct health awareness programmes and coordinate with hospitals and medical service providers.
