Job Title R2R Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a skilled payroll lead who is responsible for performing payroll accounting for international payroll (US) in timely and accurate manner, manage the team and client for our business partners (preferably for US client).

Experience:

With experience of 6 to 10 years in payroll, finance, or accounting role, preferably within Travel Transportation & Hospitality sector.

Job Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Master’s degree or professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing :

- Experience of 6-10 years in US HR and Payroll activities
- Employee Data Management
- Payroll (Timesheet / Tax / Garnishments / Payroll Audit / Post payroll reporting)
- Compensation & Advantages Administration
- Hands-on experience of payroll processing in SAP and MS office tools
- Team management
- Client Connects and reporting
- Clear understanding of Six Sigma concepts

Payroll Administration:





- Perform Adhoc Administrative tasks, e.g. responding to emails, running reports.
- Responding to emails, Act as query support to employees
- Reviewing payroll in SAP for US and International employees
- Identifying anomalies in payroll results
- Delivering accurate and timely payroll
- People and Client management
- MIS reporting

Technical Skills:

- Prior hands-on experience of SAP ERP.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication
- Payroll processing (SAP)
- Good analytical skills
- Good MS Office tools knowledge
- Documentation and knowledge sharing
- People and Client management

Must Have:

- Bachelor’s in commerce & accounting
- Strong payroll skills
- SAP expertise
- Flexible for US shift

Good to have:

- Rainmaker working knowledge
- Master’s degree in finance
