- Conducted monthly and need-based inspections of H&T;/C&F; warehouses across 56 districts.
- Monitored inventory levels, stock ageing, FIFO compliance, and warehouse operations.
- Tracked rake arrivals, unloading, material movement, and timely truck placement.
- Coordinated with railway authorities (CGSR/DCM/DOM), transporters, warehouse agents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Analysed freight, warehousing, and transportation costs to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Prepared monthly MIS reports covering stock levels, rake movement, product loss, freight, and warehouse performance.
- Prepared NFA proposals for warehousing, handling, rail heads, and secondary transportation.
- Ensured timely material dispatch, re-bagging, statutory compliance,



and vendor bill processing.
- Coordinated with ZMs, MOs, manufacturing plants, and ports for smooth supply chain operations.
- Conducted market visits, dealer interactions, and H&T; reviews to improve logistics efficiency.
- Monitored pending site activities and resolved operational issues through stakeholder coordination.
