Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process international insurance claims and policy-related requests.
- Verify insurance documents, customer details and policy information.
- Review and validate claim-related data for accuracy.
- Handle backend processing of insurance applications and claims.
- Update customer and policy information in internal systems.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents and incorrect information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim processing and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow process guidelines, data privacy and compliance standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity, accuracy and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates pursuing regular courses are not eligible.
Work Schedule & Perks:
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Rotational shifts of 10 hours.
