We are hiring experienced professionals for an exciting opportunity in an International Banking Chat Support Process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international banking customer queries through chat.
- Assist customers with banking and card-related services.
- Ensure accurate resolution of customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
- Follow banking compliance, AML and KYC guidelines.

- Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA for experienced candidates.
- Salary hike up to 30% on current CTC, based on experience and eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Experience in International Banking, Banking Operations, Debit/Credit Card Operations, AML, KYC or International Customer Support is preferred.
- Both Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.
