Position - Project Director

Tribeca Developers, India's largest developer of Trump-branded properties, invites applications from accomplished real estate leaders for the role of Project Director for Trump Tower Hyderabad one of the country's most prestigious luxury residential developments.

This senior leadership position entails end-to-end accountability for project execution, business performance, and P&L;, offering the opportunity to lead a landmark development of national significance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership across design, construction, commercial, finance, sales coordination, and handover
Own full P&L; responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and profitability
Drive project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery in line with quality, safety, and brand standards
Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, regulatory requirements, and safety norms
Collaborate with sales, marketing,



and leadership teams to align project milestones with business objectives
Act as the primary interface with senior management and key stakeholders, including brand partners
Proactively identify and mitigate project, financial, and operational risks

Desired Profile

Education
B.E. / B.Tech
MBA from a premier institute

Candidates willing to relocate to Pune and commit to on-site leadership of the project are encouraged to apply.

Experience
10-12 years of experience in large-scale real estate development, preferably luxury residential or mixed-use
Demonstrated success in P&L; ownership and business leadership
Solid exposure to high-rise construction, premium developments, and complex stakeholder environments

Core Competencies
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Strategic leadership and decision-making capability
Deep understanding of the real estate project lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
