- Acquire recent business loan customers, especially self-employed clients.
- Understand client business requirements and offer Business Loans & OD facilities.
- Generate leads through DSAs, telecalling and branch banking teams.
- Cross-sell CASA, Life Insurance and General Insurance products.
- Build relationships with business owners, promoters and CFOs.
- Manage existing accounts and generate top-up loan opportunities.
Required Skills: Local market knowledge, business loan sales, customer acquisition and relationship management.
