Hiring for Indias reputed fintech organisation. This position is on direct payroll of the organisation.
Job Objective
Sell EDC Machines / POS Machines among offline merchants in the assigned geographical area. The role involves merchant acquisition, device sales, merchant servicing and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants in the assigned area.
Sell and install EDC/POS Machines at eligible merchant outlets.
Provide basic support to merchants and ensure smooth usage of the POS machine.
Support rental/other applicable collections and reactivate inactive merchants as required.
Maintain solid relationships with merchants and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and increase POS penetration in the assigned territory.
Track competitor activities and share relevant market information with the team.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of B2B / field sales experience preferred.
Must have completed 12th exams
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per role requirement.
Compensation
Maximum take home of Rs 34200 will be offered. 15 to 20% increase on last salary
