Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct induction, onboarding, and process training for recent employees.
2. Deliver training on process knowledge, SOPs, product information, policies, procedures, and customer handling techniques.
3. Conduct regular quality audits of calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions.
4. Evaluate employee performance against defined quality parameters and process guidelines.
5. Conduct knowledge assessments, mock calls, role plays, and certification tests to assess employee readiness.
6. Identify knowledge gaps,
process deviations, behavioral issues, and performance improvement areas.
7. Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and refresher training to improve employee performance.
