We are looking for experienced and responsible Site Engineers who can independently manage construction sites, coordinate labour and vendors, maintain quality standards and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Manage day-to-day construction activities.
- Supervise excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor daily site progress and productivity.

2. Quality Control

- Ensure construction quality as per DDC specifications.
- Check steel reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, brickwork and finishing quality.
- Conduct material quality inspections.
- Identify and rectify site execution issues.

3. Labour & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
- Allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Monitor labour productivity and attendance.
- Ensure materials and manpower are available as per the work schedule.

4. Material & Inventory Management

- Prepare material requirements and indent requests.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Maintain site inventory and material inward records.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers.

5. Project Planning & Reporting

- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.
- Track project progress against planned timelines.
- Submit daily site reports with photographs.




- Highlight delays, technical issues and additional requirements to management.

6. Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
- Provide accurate site progress updates.
- Attend customer site meetings when required.
- Ensure customer-requested changes are approved before execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural drawings and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in labour and contractor management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Kannada communication is preferred.
