About the Role

Pasona India is looking for dynamic, passionate and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment teams. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent candidate management capabilities and a proven track record of recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
3. Conduct Boolean searches, headhunting and proactive talent mapping.
4. Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
5. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage candidate follow-ups.
6. Handle salary negotiations, offer management and successful candidate closures.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and achieve weekly/monthly targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
- Strong hands-on experience in Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search.
- Excellent sourcing, headhunting and candidate screening skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and engineering profiles.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure.
- Target-oriented mindset with solid ownership and closure capabilities.
