We are looking for a Senior Tele-Caller with 34 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, with experience handling a team of 4 or more members.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, handling outbound calling activities, following up with prospective buyers, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth day-to-day tele-calling operations. Robust communication, team-handling, and customer-management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and outbound calls to promote real estate projects.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, amenities, and offers to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and generate interest in property visits.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Manage and guide a team of 4 or more tele-callers and monitor their daily activities.
- Track team performance, calling targets, lead follow-ups, and site visit conversions.




- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead details in CRM tools or tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Team management and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up, lead management, and target achievement skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Job Qualifications:

- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in real estate telecalling or pre-sales.
- Team Handling: Prior experience managing a team of 4 or more members.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Industry: Real Estate / Property Development.
- Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Work Location: Baner, Pune.
