Key Responsibilities

1. Develop VMC machining programs using Delcam (PowerMill) software.
2. Generate toolpaths for 5-axis machining.
3. Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
4. Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
5. Optimize programs to reduce machining cycle time.
6. Support production during machine setup and troubleshooting.
7. Ensure machining accuracy and component quality.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Delcam (PowerMill) software.
- Robust knowledge of VMC machining and cutting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Practical knowledge of 5-axis VMC programming.
