The role
Close warm inbound leads into trials and paying clients. No cold calling and no field work. Leads come from our ad pipeline and you work them in our CRM.
What you'll do
- Call and qualify inbound leads
- Explain our packages and book trials
- Close clients after the trial
- Onboard recent clients and hand over to their trainer
- Keep the CRM updated daily
Who we're looking for
- Fitness coaches, gym sales executives or fitness consultants who can sell
- Experience in fitness sales, gym memberships or personal training consultations
- Comfortable selling a premium service with no discounts
- Reliable, responsive and professional on calls
Work setup
Work from home, with occasional visits to Thane.
