Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Finance professionals with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, financial forecasting, P&L; management, variance analysis and business partnering.

Candidates should have experience managing financial planning and reporting activities in large organisations, consulting firms or FMCG environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Manage P&L; reporting and financial performance.
- Conduct financial variance analysis and management reporting.
- Drive working capital management.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
- Support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support financial decisions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
- Support financial controlling, compliance and governance activities.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- MBA – Finance from a premier institute

Candidate Eligibility

- CL-08: 10–15 years of experience
- CL-09: 8–10 years of experience
- Location: Gurugram
- Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate may apply.
- Notice Period: 30–45 days preferred
- Shift: US Shift
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Cab Facility: Available on both sides, subject to hiring-zone eligibility.

Compensation

- CL-08: Up to ₹31.11 LPA
- CL-09: Up to ₹21.82 LPA

Key Screening CriteriaCandidates must have strong hands-on experience in core financial planning and analysis functions.

Profiles primarily focused on Sales and Marketing are not eligible.
