Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and result-oriented Social Media Manager with at least 1 year of experience to manage our company's social media platforms, create engaging content and improve brand awareness and online presence.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
2. Create engaging social media posts, stories, reels and videos.
3. Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
4. Design creative posts using Canva or other graphic design tools.
5. Write attractive captions, content and hashtags.
6. Manage and optimize social media campaigns.
7. Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers and performance.
8. Handle comments, messages and audience interactions.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and strategies.
10. Coordinate with the design and marketing team.

- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Graduate preferred; relevant practical experience is essential.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Creative thinking and time management skills.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of digital marketing.
- Experience in creating Instagram Reels.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and paid advertising.
