We are looking for South Indian Cooks, Stewards, Captains, South Indian Kitchen Helpers for our Resort located in Hospet, Karnataka, India.

Steward

1. Greet guests warmly, seat them, and hand over the menu with a smile.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen or bar on time.
3. Serve food and drinks with proper etiquette, following the service standards of the resort.
4. Set up tables, transparent and reset them quickly, and keep the dining area clean and ready.
5. Maintain personal hygiene and grooming, and follow FSSAI and food safety rules.

Captain

6. Supervise the stewards, assign sections or tables, and guide them during service.

7. Brief the team daily on menu specials, stock availability, and the day's bookings or events.

8. Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints calmly, and resolve them quickly.

9. Check order accuracy, billing, and table turnaround, and upsell menu items and specials.

10. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and front office, and train new stewards in service standards.
