We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to manage daily hostel operations, lead teams, and ensure excellent guest experiences at our Goa property.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Front Desk and Housekeeping teams.
- Supervise daily property operations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Monitor room occupancy, bookings and revenue.
- Manage staff scheduling and performance.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.
- Handle operational issues and reporting.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality.
- Experience handling Front Desk and Housekeeping operations.
- Solid team management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage overall property operations.
- Willingness to work in Goa.
