Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join RoyalOak's retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture and home furnishing products, driving store sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and achieving assigned sales targets.
1. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable furniture and furnishing recommendations.
2. Demonstrate product features, specifications, materials, designs, and pricing to customers.
3. Achieve monthly and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
4. Generate leads,
follow up with prospective customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
5. Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
6. Coordinate with the store team regarding product availability, stock status, and customer orders.
7. Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising standards, and overall store presentation.
8. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
9. Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, and daily sales reports.
10. Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
