Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Lead Generation team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B customers, connecting with business decision-makers, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and other approved channels.
- Connect with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on defined lead qualification criteria.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate customer details and call activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.




- Handle basic objections and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Candidate Requirements0–3 years of experience in B2B telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Comfortable making outbound business calls.
- Ability to confidently communicate with business decision-makers.
- Solid convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantage.
