Job Purpose

We are seeking a compassionate, clinical, and highly organized Staff Nurse to support our growing outpatient clinic operations. In this role, you will work directly alongside senior healthcare leaders, including our MBBS Doctors and MD Specialists, across various Outpatient Departments (OPD), specialty consultations, and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

- OPD Assistance: Manage patient flow in the Outpatient Department and assist MBBS/MD doctors closely during clinical consultations and examinations.
- Triage & Vitals: Record and track patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation) and log history accurately before the doctor’s assessment.
- Clinical Procedures: Execute nursing procedures efficiently, including dressing wounds, administering injections (IV/IM), starting IV lines, and collecting clinical samples.
- Consultation Coordination: Organize diagnostic reports, coordinate multi-specialty OPD schedules, and ensure patients understand their prescription instructions clearly.
- Clinic Maintenance:



Maintain sterilization standards across consultation rooms, track daily medical stock inventories, and ensure emergency equipment is fully operational.
- Patient Care: Deliver exceptional, empathetic patient care while maintaining precise digital medical records inside our clinic management database system.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

- Education: ANM, GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Certification: Valid registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC).
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience working in a reputed clinic, day-care center, or hospital OPD. Freshers with strong practical internship training are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Working knowledge of Hindi and English. Proficiency in Marathi is a big advantage for dealing with local patients in the Vasai/Bhiwandi area.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using basic computer systems, tablets, or clinic management software for logging patient data
