SALARY- 25K-30K

Job Summary:- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell surgical products, medical equipment, and healthcare-related supplies. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and medical professionals to generate business and achieve sales targets.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and market surgical products, medical devices, and healthcare supplies to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, purchase managers, and medical staff.
3. Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to generate sales opportunities.
4. Explain product features, specifications, perks, and applications to potential customers.
5. Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
7. Follow up with existing customers, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding product availability, orders, and deliveries.
9. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
10. Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer databases.

- Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; Science / Pharmacy background preferred.
- Experience in Medical Sales, Surgical Products, Pharma Sales, or Healthcare Sales will be an advantage.
