Global Future Consultancy is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (International HR) to manage end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding high-caliber candidates for international placements and internal consulting roles. You will ensure compliance with hiring standards and maintain seamless operational workflows.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize multiple channels (job portals, professional networks, placement agencies, and direct sourcing) to attract qualified candidates for international roles.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews, assess language proficiency, review professional credentials, and evaluate candidate suitability against job specifications.
- Candidate Onboarding & Documentation: Oversee documentation verification, manage training alignment agreements, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Maintain recruitment records, adhere to standard company policies,



and ensure strict compliance throughout the hiring funnel.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements, track recruitment metrics, and report on candidate pipelines.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum Education: Graduate in any discipline (Specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations (International hiring experience is a plus; relevant freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Language Proficiency: Solid written and verbal English communication; proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is preferred.
- Key Skills: Candidate Screening, Sourcing, Talent Assessment, HR Documentation, Pipeline Management, and Negotiation.
- Key Attributes: High accountability, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets for tracking operations.
