Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary Range: 15,000- 25,000 per month

Role & responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centres to promote our Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) software.

Explain product features and benefits, including patient record management, appointments, billing, and hospital operations.

Conduct product demonstrations and help healthcare professionals understand how the software can improve their daily workflows.

Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital administrators.

Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into paying customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams for product demonstrations, onboarding, and customer support.

Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.





Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Life Sciences are preferred.
- 0 -1 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or software sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a solid interest in sales are welcome.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable visiting doctors, clinics, and hospitals and meeting new customers regularly.
- Self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn and demonstrate software products.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits

- Prior experience interacting with doctors or healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
