Role & responsibilities:

Develop and execute product marketing strategies for the Baby Clothing category.

Drive category growth through effective product positioning, branding, and go-to-market initiatives.

Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Sales, and Marketing teams

Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns across various channels.

Manage product portfolios and optimize category performance.

Work with e-commerce and marketplace platforms to enhance product visibility and sales.

Track campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and market response to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Preferred candidate profile:





5-6 years of Product Marketing experience.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Baby Clothing, Kidswear, Children's Apparel, or Infant Products.

Robust understanding of consumer behavior, category management, and product positioning.

Experience in launching and managing apparel product portfolios.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Exposure to Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, D2C brands, marketplaces, and modern retail will be preferred.
