Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Design or Computer Science or related field

Role & Responsibilities:
- Understand user roles and design for their needs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Tax Experts to define UX goals
- Simplify complex workflows and user interfaces across tax products, sales, and support
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Design consistent, accessible, and intuitive interfaces
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in the UX
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system
- Work in agile development teams and participate in product planning
Skill Requirement:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (eg, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile-first design
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably finance or tax domain
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
