Responsibilities

- Develop engaging social media content, creatives, reels, videos, campaign concepts, and marketing copy across digital platforms.
- Create creative concepts aligned with the companys brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Develop content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to develop compelling marketing assets.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing practices.
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Conduct audience research and manage audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of advertising spend.




- Analyze campaign and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and marketing dashboards for internal review.
- Track campaign KPIs and measure performance against predefined marketing and business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve measurable business results and improved marketing efficiency.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Good knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
- Robust creative and copywriting skills with an understanding of social media content trends.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
