Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced State Head Sales with 15+ years of

experience in financial services. The role requires proven expertise in

managing zonal teams / area heads, driving large-scale revenue, and building

deep relationships within the HNI & UHNI segment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a 2030+ member sales team, including area heads

and senior managers

Acquire, manage, and grow a solid HNI client portfolio

Leverage an existing HNI client base to drive high-value investments

Build long-term wealth advisory relationships with promoters,

business owners, and family offices

Drive lead generation, client conversion, and large-ticket closures

Strategize and execute state-level business expansion plans

Collaborate with marketing teams on HNI- focused campaigns, events,

and private investor meets

Mentor and motivate teams to consistently achieve high-value sales

targets

Ensure compliance, reporting, and performance tracking
