Hiring: Brand Growth Manager Food Startup
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 3–7 years preferred

About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded Brand Growth Manager to build and scale a current food brand from the ground up, with opportunities in premium dessert ingredients, foodservice and B2B distribution.
Key responsibilities
Develop the brand positioning, pricing strategy and go-to-market plan.
Build relationships with cafs, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, dessert brands and food distributors.
Generate qualified B2B leads, arrange product demonstrations and convert prospects into paying customers.
Develop sales presentations, product catalogues, sampling programmes and distributor partnerships.
Build a structured CRM, WhatsApp follow-up and customer retention system.
Coordinate packaging, brand identity, website and marketing materials.
Identify white-label, institutional and export opportunities.
Track monthly sales,
customer acquisition, repeat orders and profitability.
Candidate requirements
Experience in FMCG, food brands, HoReCa, foodservice distribution or B2B business development.
Evidence of successfully launching or growing a brand, product or sales channel.
Strong negotiation, communication, planning and execution skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners.
Able to develop practical growth plans and execute them independently.
